Public browsing does not require an account. The directory has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or payment collection. You control whether to share a suggestion or correction.
Community applications and email
The free-community application opens on Tally, which collects the answers you choose to submit for Good Growth to review. It is separate from browsing this website. Review the privacy information on the application before submitting. Our email links open your email service; you choose whether to send a message. Questions about your application or correspondence can be sent to hi@thegoodgrowthmovement.org.
The growth worksheet
Worksheet answers stay in the open page. They are not saved in browser storage or sent automatically. If you choose Share on WhatsApp, you can review a prepared message first. Continuing to WhatsApp shares that text with WhatsApp; tapping Send there sends it to Good Growth, who can see your message and WhatsApp account details, including your phone number. WhatsApp has its own privacy practices. This website does not track delivery. Downloading saves a text file on your device; printing uses your browser’s print function. Save a copy before leaving or reloading the page if you want to keep your answers.
Saved places
When you choose Save, the listing identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to Good Growth or synchronised to another device. It remains until you remove it or clear browser data. Anyone using the same browser profile may see the saved list. Where local storage is blocked, saving works only for the current page session.

Searches and page requests
Search terms and filters appear in the page address so a filtered view can be shared. The hosting provider may process requested URLs, IP addresses and technical connection information when a hosted page is requested. Do not put personal or sensitive information into a search. No advertising or analytics requests are made by the website code.
Suggestions and corrections
Your entries, including your first name, surname and representative declaration, stay in the open page while you prepare a message. These details are included in the prepared text and downloads. Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared text with WhatsApp; tap Send there to send it to The Good Growth Movement. WhatsApp and the recipient can then see the message and your WhatsApp account details, including your phone number. WhatsApp has its own privacy practices. The directory does not store the form, track delivery or create an automatic review queue. Downloading saves a copy on your device.
Do not include private home addresses or sensitive personal information. Prepared text stays in the page until you navigate away or prepare another message; downloaded copies remain on your device until you delete them.
Interactive map
The map loads only when you choose Map view. It requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap and loads the Leaflet map library from unpkg. Walthamstow uses Postcodes.io to convert published UK postcodes into map coordinates. Puerto Viejo uses coordinates from linked operator sources, with visit notes beside each pin; it makes no postcode or geocoding lookup. Those services receive normal technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. The directory does not request your device location. Postcode coordinates are cached in your browser to reduce repeat lookups. Listings without a reliable fixed visit location are deliberately not pinned.
Private administration
Authorised administrators sign in to a separate private workspace. It uses an essential secure session cookie, server-side session records and short-lived login attempt counters. Administrative publication decisions and listing changes are recorded in an audit history. These features are not used to track public browsing.
External links
Business websites and external direction links open only when you follow them. Those services have their own privacy practices. A phone link opens your device’s calling application; an email link opens your chosen email application. No message is sent automatically. The directory uses no advertising or analytics scripts.
